La salud reproductiva es reconocida en tratados internacionales y en la Constituci\u00f3n mexicana como un derecho humano fundamental. Sin embargo, entre lo que establecen las leyes y lo que viven miles de mujeres en el pa\u00eds existe una profunda brecha: legislaciones locales restrictivas, instituciones que niegan servicios y pr\u00e1cticas sociales que perpet\u00faan la desigualdad.
